Dr. Colin Young is a cosmetic dentist at Summer Dental. He grew up in Orem, Utah. He completed his undergraduate education at Utah Valley University and attended dental school at Roseman College of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Young has had extensive training in implants, cosmetic and restorative Dentistry with over 400 hours of continuing education. He is extremely passionate about dentistry and loves helping his patients smile again!

In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, being outdoors and rooting on his favorite college football team.

Dr. Decker Lardner, DDS

Dr. Decker Lardner earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. As a new graduate, he is excited to begin his dental career and serve patients in the Oklahoma City community.

Dr. Lardner’s favorite aspect of dentistry is patient education. He believes that while dental treatment can address immediate concerns, empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to maintain their oral health long-term has the greatest impact. He is passionate about helping patients make informed decisions about their care and creating positive dental experiences built on trust and understanding.

His interest in dentistry stems from a desire to work in a patient-centered healthcare profession while utilizing his hands-on skills. He values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and enjoys being part of a profession that can improve someone’s day in a single appointment while positively impacting their health for years to come.

Throughout his education, Dr. Lardner volunteered with the Oklahoma Mission of Mercy, providing dental care to underserved communities across the state. He also participated annually in Kids Day and Veterans Day events through the University of Oklahoma, serving patients in need.

Outside the office, Dr. Lardner enjoys watching movies, traveling, exploring new restaurants around Oklahoma City, and taking walks with his fiancée and their two dogs, Louie and Cosmo. He is also an avid supporter of the Oklahoma City Thunder and follows the University of Oklahoma for football, gymnastics, and softball.
